July 08 - Paid my deposit of $600 to Porter Davis and set up a Tender appointment for 20.08.08 with Luke at Porter Davis. Here we are supposed to get our pricing for the house, facade, any up-grades we have decided on, what the slab and site costs are going to be and go through our contract.
